Corporate Social Capital and Performance--based on the High-tech Enterprises in Shaanzi Province
This study took high-tech enterprises in Shaanxi Province as samples, and made a comprehensive and systematic analysis about the relationship between corporate social capital and performance. In addition, it introduced corporate human capital and ult imately came to the conclusion as follows: First, corporate social capital played a positive role in promoting performance. Second, corporate social capital and human capital are two key factors impacting the perfo rmance, however, in certain economic conditions, the impact of corporate social capital on performance will be greater than human capital.
