Research on Independent Innovative Capability of Jiangsu High-tech Zones Based on Factor Analysis

摘要：

This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of independent innovative capability of high-tech zones. By using factor analysis methods, independent innovative capability of 13 high-tech zones city of Jiangsu Province is anylyzed. .A comparative study is carried out among the different high-tech zones to find out the reasons of the uneven development there by usin g regression analysis method and through testing of links between independent innovative capability and economic development. Finally, recommendations are given on how to develop high -tech zones.
