The Construction of Statistic Indez System of Regional Technology Innovation Based on Knowledge Economy

摘要：

With the publication and revision of Oslo Manual by OECD on the technology innovation statistic and investigation, the connotation of technology innovation statistic has been deepening, and it has been clearer of the relationship between technology innovation statistic and R&D statistic. Technology innovation statistic index and investigation data are the most important and basic foundation. According to the rules in technology innovation activity, technology innovation activity can be divided into technology innovation environment, technology innovation foundation, technology innovation investment, technology innovation produce which are connected with each other. We should set up correspondent sub-class index and third class index to construct technology innovation statistic index system so as to improve regional technology innovation statistic index system.
