Study on the Incubator Management on the Basis of the Upgrade of Chinese Regional Innovative Ability
The incubator is helpful to promote technological achievement transformation and improve regional independent innovative ability. This paper believes that the regional innovative system is an important guarantee for the innovations in enterprises, and the incubator plays an important role in the development of regional innovations and economy and promotes the new High-tech industry. This paper put forwards four ways to promote regional innovative ability: 1) to cultivate innovation participants; 2) to promote the accumulation of the small technological enterprises; 3) to accumulate various innovation resources, optimize the environment and provide perfect service for the participants of technology innovations; and 4) to cultivate the small high technology in a specific direction. The main conclusions are: the enterprise incubator, as the bridge of knowledge innovation and new high-tech industry and the platform of the independent innovative enterprises and entrepreneur, has become the key factor to improve regional technological innovative ability, the important carrier of the industrializat ion of regional innovation achievements, the strong support for the development of medium and small-sized technological enterprises, the provider of modern new high-tech service and a part of the regional scientific and technological innovation system.
