Research on Evaluation of Wuhan City Circle’s Resource Conservation and Environment Friendly
This paper applied Analytic Hierarchy Process and Evaluation Goals Method to set up a judge matrix, and constructed Wuhan city circles Resource Conservation and Environ ment Friendly evaluation indicators system. Making use of the evaluation indicators system this paper measured Wuhan city circles Resource Conservation and Environment Friendly condit ion in 2006. In this way, we found that Wuhan is the best city in these nine cities, but still has some problem which are not good such as Residents house acreage per capita, Industrial waste gas emissions per capita and Unit GDP power consumption. Other cit ies development is unbalanced. In conclusion, if Wuhan city circle want to develop rapidly should it be driven in Wuhan as the center of nine cities and come into balanced and stable development.
