The Application of WA-Delphi and DEA to the Enterprises’ Operation Efficiency Evaluation

摘要：

The paper applies two methods-quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis for evaluating enterprise management efficiency. And by combining the two methods; corresponding evaluation indexes are established. Finally based on the performance evaluation methods available and by adopting weighted allocation Delphi (WA-Delphi) and data envelopment analysis (DEA), a new evaluation model has been developed. Furthermore the empirical research demonstrates that this model is effective and credible.
