Customer Value-Oriented Enterprise Management Strategy

Traditionally enterprise managements goal is to ma ximize profit. Modern enterprises have made revolutionary changes in aspects of goals and management for the purpose of survival and development. It is necessary for enterprises to maximize multi-profit and non-profit , while its management goal should turn from maximum of profit to maximum of value. This paper gives definit ion of enterprise value management and customer value-orientation and proposes enterprise value Management Strategy based on customer value-centered strategic concept, production operation and enterprise culture strategy.
