Study on the BPR of EMS in IT Environment
Through the analysis of the main business processes of China Post EMS, we draw the main problems in logistics and information flows. Addressing these issues, this paper argues that through the use of modern information technology for process optimization, we can solve these problems . So that we build the entire network information system to in order to ensure smooth and coordinate operation of the process the entire EMS system. Finally, in this paper, we briefly analyze the impact on logistics and informat ion flow of EMS after process reengineering.
