Research on Trusting Relationship Between Virtual Enterprises and Its Impact on Performance

With the development of network economy, Virtual Enterprise is becoming a t rend for forms of enterprising constitution. However, the practice of Virtual Enterprise is not satisfactory, in which trusting relationship is one of the key elements impact ing the operation. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to e xplore trusting relat ionship between Virtual Enterprises. Based on the definit ion of trusting relationship, this paper explores the generation and connotation of trusting relationship between Virtual Enterprises, and puts forward the factors of trusting relationship by literature and normative analysis. The overall model of trusting relationship between Virtual Enterprise s and its impact on performance is established, which is to provide a theoretical framework for study of trusting relationship and performance in Virtual Enterprise.
