The Study on the Composing of Enterprise Internal Environment Based on Technological Innovation

摘要：

This paper suggests that technological innovation should be studied from internal environment, which e xceeds the old way only fro m simple internal factor. Refe rencing many scholars viewpoint, the paper firstly brings forward that the enterprise internal enviro nment is consists of entrepreneurship, enterprise material base, enterprise structure and enterprise culture, which are interrelated and interact on each other; And then the paper analyses and defines the four factors from the view of technological innovation; At last, the forming mechanism of enterprise internal environment is put forward.
