Total Innovation Management Competence: A Case Study of Fotile
It is vital for firms to develop total innovation management in order to survive and thrive in ever increasing competitive market. This paper examines the total innovation management competen ce by theoretical research and in-depth case analysis in a Chinese private firm Fotile, so as to establish theory frame of total innovation management competence. Our findings and results show that this firm has four key aspects of total innovation management competence (strategy management competence, culture innovation management competence, technology innovation management competence, and market innovation management competence). It has practical meaning for building independent innovation of Chinese small medium-sized private firms and constructing total innovation management competence. This paper also proposes the direction of further research.
