Empirical Study on Technology Seeking FDI of Chinese Enterprises

摘要：

Using the statistics data, this paper carries out an empirical study on the relationship between reverse investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries and independent innovation capability and explores how American economic fluctuation affects technology-seeking FDI of Chinese enterprises in the United States by the methods of Granger causality test and cointegration analysis. The result shows that Chinese enterprises may gain international scientific and technological resources and facilitate independent innovation through direct investment in developed countries , and there is negative relationship between technology-seeking FDI (foreign direct investment) of Chinese enterprises in the United States and American economic growth.
