Study on the Key Steps of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Process Ezecution

摘要：

Process is an orderly collection of a series of logic-related activit ies for a certain aim (or task). Process execution force discusses execution problems from the angle of process. The steps of process execution are a systematic process, including setting up process execution aim, clarifying process execution links, consolidating process execution foundation, the start of process execution enforcement and measuring process execution results. During the implementation of process execution staff should be especially encouraged to exploit the corporate resource potential, thus realizing the process optimization.
