Study on Innovations of Beijing Daming Optical Based on Organizational Routine

The rising of evolutionary economics was one of the main events in the international academic circle at the end of the 20th century. Organizational routine is the core concept of evolutionary economics, and it is also the analysis unit on organization innovation. Beijing Daming Optical is a famous time-honored enterprise, occupying the leading position of glasses retail industry in Beijing market. Nowadays, the market competit ion is becoming increasingly fierce, and Daming Optical is facing with the enormous impact. Innovation has become the key to survival and development. This article explains the connotation and main characteristics of organizational routines . In the framework of organizational routine, this paper researches into the routines of Daming Optical, studies the external environment of innovations, makes a thorough analysis on the characteristics innovations in Daming Optical, and gives the corresponding strategies.
