The Empirical Research on Relevance between Cultural Adaptability of SMEs and Enterprise Performance
With the rapid development of economic and technology, the environment for SMEs had changed greatly and it was full of complexity and uncertainty. Through open-survey methods, the questionnaire of the cultural adaptation about SMEs was designed and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested. The relationship between cultural adaptation to SMEs and corporate achievement was studied by empirical methods, and the research showed that there existed a strong positive correlation between corporate culture and adaptability of enterprise performance.
