The Effect of Integrated Business Process Management on Organizational Outcomes

摘要：

Studies of the relat ionship between Business Process Management and organizational performance have not consisted to each other yet. In this paper, the Integrated Business Process Management model is introduced, and it has been proved that the IBPM can positively impact organization outcomes through three ways: (1) the IBPM can enhance the level of organizat ional efficiency and innovation simultaneously; (2) the IBPM can positively impact intra and inter-organizat ional cooperation; (3) the IBPM contributes to organizational outcomes through improving effect iveness, adaptability, individual satisfaction, and financial performance.
