Fuzzy Evaluation on Lean Management Performance of Petroleum Enterprise

摘要：

For petroleum enterprise, it is significant to evaluate lean management performance. This paper sets up the evaluation indicator system of lean management performance with KPI, based on the analysis on influencing factors of lean management performance in petroleum enterprise, and determines the weight of indicators by AHP. Then it establishes fuzzy evaluation model of lean management performance, and gives an empirical study. It aims at providing theoretical guiding and scientific foundation for lean management performance evaluation.
