Ways of Improving Strategic Alliances Effect in Enterprises-Analysis Based on the Angle of Tacit Knowledge

摘要：

Based on analyzing the past and current development trends of the strategic alliances of the enterprises, this paper suggests to establish the strategic alliances of learning-orientation should be mainstream, and puts forth that to construct an effective learning strategic alliances, the enterprises should take measures from mechanisms of knowledge sharing and alliances object choice based on absorptive capacity. Finally, the paper also suggests the ways of promoting learning effect of enterprises strategic alliances.
