Empirical Study on Dynamic Sources of Innovation inside Enterprise
The purpose of this paper is to find the sources of enterprise innovation. First, some research results of management theory are used to analyze the influential factors of innovation motive force inside enterprise, then proposed related hypothesis; second, based on the survey data, the validity of the hypothesis was tested; at the end, the final results were discussed. The empirical results show that there is a positive relation among innovative corporate cultures, shared vision, core competence, entrepreneurship, innovation synergy and innovation motive force; but the hypothesis that bureaucratic culture has a negative impact on innovation synergy is not supported.
