SWOT Analysis of the Development of Chinese Small E-commerce Companies-Taking ECF as an Ezample
This paper analyzes SWOT model in a Chinese small business company by means of case study from three dimensions, which respectively are the internal environment, the macro environment and competitive environment. According to the analysis result, this paper analy zes those strategic influencing factors, divides and constructs four kinds of combinat ions, and also investigates strategic decisions of companies under each kind of combination. The results illustrate that SWOT analysis can make the small business companies more rat ional in introducing approriate strategic decision-making. At last, we also puts forward some solutions and suggestions based on the limitation of SWOT anlysis.
