The result shows that the impact of industrial structure readjustment to carbon emission is different among these countries and the development of all industries will increase CO2 emission. However, the implication decreases by primary industry, secondary industry, Tertiary industry. Therefore, its essential to choose leading industry and quicken industrial structure adjustment to develop low carbon economy.
