Research on Financing Mode of Low-rent House’s Construction Based on Trust Investment
The low-rent housing system is used to solve the lowest-income families accommodation in cities. As a part of housing safeguard systems, this system has played a vital role in the entire h ousing supply system. But the biggest difficulty it meets is the fund shortage since it has implemented from 1998.Th is artic le innovatively fro m the angle of floating ―the Low-rent Housing Investment Trust fund‖, transforming the traditional government direct finance to the indirect finance mainly depend on folk capital, designing the float mode and operating process, carrying out demonstration study on the repayment and risk, finding an effective and innovative financing mode of low-rent housing construction.
