Principal-Agent Model Analysis of Agent Construction for Ezpressway Project
According to the problem of asymmetric informat ion of agent construction, this paper builds expressway principal- agent model based on the characteristics of principal- agent theory relation under the model of construction agent system and provides agents more invigorative model by increasing the comparison of the performance in the same trade so as to urge agents to make the improvement unceasingly and raises the project management level. Furthermore, accuracy of the model has been verified through the numerical example.
