Innovative Mechanism Research on Management System of the Project of Nanyang Eco-industrial Park

In the projects construction of Nanyang eco-industrial park, not only construction period is very short, but also the engineering quantity is very great. Moreover, requirements of quality are very high, and construction organization is very difficult. By the innovation on the management system of the projects construction of Nanyang eco-industrial park, the project management office of the industrial park is set up during project is constructed. A tripart ite mechanism of construction, management and use is composed. It has greatly improved the management level of the project construction. Meanwhile, it restricts the corruption problem. When the management system characterized by general supervision coordination representative, it ensures the project construction to be carried out smoothly.
