The Ways to Realize Harmony Target of the Government Investment Project in the Perspective of Harmony Management

摘要：

The government investment project plays a key role in the national economic d evelopment. It is of great significance to explore the ways to realize harmony target in the perspective of harmony management. With harmony management theory for reference and from microscopic, intermediate and macroscopic, this paper constructs the levels of project harmony management and analyzes its operation modes. In addition, the paper takes Foshan ―First Ring‖ project for e xamp le and empirically analyzes and explores the ways to realize harmony target of government investment projects, which may be used for reference for harmony management of the government investment projects.
