Innovation Study on Construction and Management of Government Investment Projects--Take Shenyang Olympic Sports Center as an Ezample

摘要：

The government investment projects are the important measures for government to fulfill its functions and are provided with characters which are different from the ordinary investment projects. This paper explores the results of Shenyang Olympic Sports Center which is invested and constructed by Shenyang Government and demonstrates the extent of innovations of organization mode, management technique and methods, project management, decision making and project management processes in the construction and management of the government investment projects.
