Distinctions between the Chinese and Western Organizational Pattern: The Role of Culture
In the current global market in which enterprises, countries, and individuals are only as good as their last viable idea, we cannot disregard the value of proper organizational pattern. Nonetheless, Chinese domestic business organizations are frequently committing serious blunders in their desire to quickly catch up the development path of western organizations. Chinese ent erprises are merely copying advanced development patterns from progressive western nations without regard for the differences of context in which they operate, which would in turn harm the further development of Chinese enterprises. This paper, on the basis of distinguishing the role of different cultures, proposes the distinctions between the Chinese and western organizational pattern, hoping which could promote the overall recognition of Chinese enterprises.
