The Innovation of Intellectual Property Financing of Chinas Creative Industry under Financial Crisis

It is significant to solve the financing problem as it has been a bottleneck which constrains creative enterprises development, especially in current financial crisis situation. With the improvement of policy and incentive mechanism of intellectual property financing of creative industry, its method as a new approach to creative enterprises, still turns out many problems. The author, first analyzes the impact of intellectual property financing in current financial crisis situation, then expounds the purpose and significance of developing and perfecting it in China based on its developing realities, finally puts forward a programming and content of the intellectual property financing of creative industry.
