Empirical Study on Influences of Foreign banks Entry in China

摘要：

Why do foreign banks enter China? Is this entry related to Chinas economic growth and financial policy? Using the statistics data from 1991 to 2008, this paper carries out an empirical study to analyze influences of foreign banks ent ry in China, and finds that the growth of FDI, the growth of GDP and the growth of import and export trade have significant positive correlation with the total assets of foreign banks in China . The demonstration also shows that the financial control policy has significant influence on foreign banks entry in China.
