Study on Innovation of SME Financing Channels in Industrial Clusters

摘要：

As a new organizat ion form of industrial space, industrial clusters have strong competitive edge and economic vitality. SME in the industrial clusters has financing advantages compared to those outside the industrial clusters, but there still exist problems such as single financing channels, financial services of the financial institutions not matching the financing needs of the SME and the inadequate credit guarantee system. This paper studied the problem of innovation of SME financing channels in industrial clusters on the base of the theory of industrial clusters and the theory of corporate financing, the conclusion is that SME can finance through relationship financing, mutual guarantee loan, listing on the Growth Enterprise Market and issuing collection of bonds.
