Innovative and Applied Research of Project Financing on BT Mode about Municipal Transportation Projects
Project financing on BT mode can solve the problem of insufficient funds, thus it is an effective approach to increase construction efficiency. On the basis of analyzing the meaning and characteristics of BT mode, the applicat ion of project financing on BT mode is studied in the construction of Nanyang Bridge. In the paper, BT mode is innovated, and the role of guarantee bank is emphasized. Supervision enterprise, as the third party, participates in the projects. Owners part icipate in the bidding works to choose design and construction enterprise. By such innovations, BT financing mode has a more powerful ability to resist risks. Some good suggestions are proposed to the construction on BT mode. Innovative research of project financing on BT mode also has guiding significance to other similar projects.
