Research on the Effects of Equity Incentive on Performance for American Listed Shipping Companies

摘要：

Based on American shipping data of listed companies, the article makes positive research on effect degrees by equity incentive to financial performance. It establishes regression model an d makes analysis of mixed section, reveals that equity incentive has continuous, stable and positive effect on business performance and shows distinct influence in the perspective of horizontal and vertical ways . Listed shipping companies with good performance trend to utilize equity incentive system to decrease business risk and promote profit level as well.
