Audit Risk and Preventive Measures of Enterprise Merger & Acquisition

Mergers and acquisitions is an effective choice to promote company strength in the fierce market competition, but, there exits a lot of foreseeable and foreseeable risks. Audit risk is one of principal risks. This paper puts more attention on audit risk and its composition .Based on the analysis of risks which enterprise merger and acquisition might bring to, auditing risk and its preventive measures in the course of enterprise merger and acquisition are explored.
