Study on Financial Risk and Strategy of Chinas Group Corporation

摘要：

At present, most of China s Group corporations havent established scientific and feasible financial risk management system and many problems appeared under the impact of financial crisis. The paper starts from the introduction of research status in China and abroad. And then by the method of status analysis it e xpounds the problems e xisting in financia l risk management of China s Group Corporation. After that, it fu rther analysis the financial risk of Chinas Group Corporation. At last strategy for reasonable establishment of financial risk management system is put forward.
