How Can Postal Logistics Provide Best Service Based on Analysis of Kano Model
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the postal logistics services are faced with unprecedented challenges because of the fierce competition in the logistics service market. In this situation, this paper analyzes the service quality of the postal logistics based on the Kano Model. After that, this paper puts forward some relevant measures to optimize the service quality of the postal logistics, which will be contributed to achieving the long-term and high-speed development for the postal logistics service industry.
