Research on Identification of Industrial Customers’ Demand Types Based on Fuzzy Clustering Method
In the industrial market, as a result of cryptic requirement of industrial customer and the complexity of the purchase process, it is difficult for the sellers to forecast and grasp accu rately the customers purchasing psychology and behaviors. In this paper, drawing on the basis of theoretical research results of the domestic and international scholars on customers demands identification, it uses Fuzzy Clustering to analyze data of industrial customers requirements and transforms the info rmation into the matching suppliers attributes category. As the basis above, the industrial customers demands are divided into five basic types, and emphasis and differences of industrial customers of different types are explored.
