Research on the Disruption’ Loss in Supply Chain Based on TRIZ and the New Consumer Behavioral Theories

摘要：

Employing TRIZ theory, we change the traditional thinking of assessing disruptions loss in supply chain, and combine the new consumer behavioral theories which provide a new way to assess loss in disruption. By this means disruptions loss in supply chain is calculated finally through estimating consumers loss.
