Study on the Risk Evaluation of Logistics Service Delivery System

摘要：

Logistics service delivery system is a medium to connect suppliers and consumers, as well as create value for them. However, some uncertain factors may weaken the value creation, and bring out risks. Based on the structure of logistics service delivery system, this paper establishes evaluation index system of logistics service delivery system which is constituted by 5 dimensions: dynamical subsystem risk, network subsystem risk, operation subsystem risk, service recovery subsystem risk and innovation subsystem risk. The method of integration of Fuzzy synthetic evaluation and AHP is adopted.
