The Assessment on the Talents’ Competitive Power in Wuhan City Circle

摘要：

The human capacity building and cult ivation of innovative talents play a decisive role in the economic development of Wuhan city circle. On establishing and using the evaluation system of the talents competitive powe r, it ranks the 14 urban agglo merat ions including Wuhan city circ le, and analyses the reasons which consists of population size, specialization index and literacy index. Finally, the article also puts forward sugesstions to enhance the competitiveness of talents in Wuhan city circle.
