Research on the Indicator System of Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Management

The most common problem in appraising the knowledge management of enterprises is that it is hard to figure out its value accurately. Obviously, these are very important for the enterprises but they are difficult to be figured out. There are some deficiencies in the existed appraisal methods for the knowledge management. New research contents and appraisal methods are also explored in this dissertation. The key principles that have effect on enterprises tacit knowledge management are analyzed and the indicator system of knowledge management evaluation is designed.
