Research of Conceptual Framework of Deliberate Learning

摘要：

Learning has become the inherent nature of a market -oriented organizat ion. This logic shift calls on organizat ions for widening learning responsibility. In this paper, the importance of frontline deliberate learning is introduced and then it analyzes the conceptualizing process of deliberate learning. Unique features in the frontlines are studied. Finally, a conceptual framework is developed for understanding the process of the deliberate learning in frontline unit.
