The Measurement and Analysis of Job Satisfaction for Scientific and Technical Personnel of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise-Take the Northeast as an Ezample
The level of staffs satisfaction has important influence on the using an d keeping of the enterprise human resource. Diagnosing the organization by the survey of employee satisfaction has already become the important content and means of modern business administration. This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to do empirical analysis for the scientific and technical personnels working satisfaction of Small and medium-sized enterprise of the Northeast area, finds out the main factor of influencing scientific and technical personnels working satisfaction, and proposes some suggestions and thinking for imp roving and enhancing the scientific and technical pe rsonnels job satisfaction of Small and medium-sized enterprise.
