Research on the Short-term Precision Forecasting Model for Production and Sales

The sales forecasting is the starting point of production and marketing activities, but the traditional sales forecasting analyzes the historical sales data and the influencing factors. With the idea of Lean-accurate Supply Chain, based on the actual of Chinas automobile production and sales as well as the characteristics of vehicle purchasing behavior, this paper puts out the short -term forecasting precision model for production and sales with the use of sales clues, and through analysis of the examples of Dongfeng Citroen brand in Shen Long Automobile Co., Ltd., testing the feasibility and accuracy of the methods and models, which will provide a scientific frame of reference for the decision-makers on production and marketing plan to provide.
