Improve Quality of Internship for Civil Engineering Students with a Circled Management System
The quality of post-internship of higher vocational education has always been a concern for educators and administrators. To effectively manage the post -internship and improve the quality of vocational training, we proposed a management system, including quality objectives, conduct system, driving system, constraint system and feedback system. This paper, taking Zhejiang College of construction as example, illustrated its application. A questionnaire survey was also conducted to explore the validation of the system. Investigation shows that after the implementation of this circled management system the employability of students were markedly improved: more than 90% students were formally employed; nearly 80% graduates were employed by the top enterprises; students having achieved two or more than two professional qualification certificates were up to 99%, an d more than 95% parents were satisfied with the training.
