Analysis on Synergy Development System of the Firms R&D, Marketing and Intellectual Property
This paper thinks the synergy development of firms R&D, market ing and intellectual property activity construct a self-organization system. Synergetics, grey relation and system science theory are employed to analyze the relations of system parts and to build a model to explore the evolution of the firms R&D, marketing and intellectual property synergy development system. The research result shows that there are clear linkage and interacting relations among firms R&D, market ing and intellectual property activity. Patent product revenue ration in sales revenue is order parameter which determinates the regular state of synergetic development system evolution. Therefore, organizational change facilitating intellectual property together with business strategy will help the better practices of the Total Innovation Management (TIM).
