Study on Continuous Organizational Knowledge Innovation with Petri Net

摘要：

Clear the process,the steps and key links of organizational knowledge innovation, and simulate the petri nets of every sub-process, after the case-by-case analysis, explore the reachability, activity, integrity of the perti net about knowledge innovation from an overall perspective, and find out the conditions of the organizational continued knowledge innovation, and then use the Visual Object Net software to verify the correctness of the model, ultimately, well present a proposal about how the organizations could gain the continued knowledge innovation.
