Knowledge Team Member Selection Based on Self-adaptive Algorithm

摘要：

A knowledge team member selection optimizat ion model and algorithms based on self-adaptive algorithms (SA) is proposed in this paper. The complexity of member selection during forming team is discussed and the member selection process is described in detail. In this algorithm, Self-adaptive probabilities of cross over and mutation are designed in this algorithm, and they can be selected automatically according to fitness. Thus, each individual of the group owns the ability of self-adaptation according to the variation of the environment.
