Research on the Relationship between Tacit Knowledge Management and Dynamic Core Capacity: Theoretical Model and Ezplanation
This paper deepens the definition of tacit knowledge and dynamic core capacity t hrough literature research, analyzes the connotations and characteristics between tacit knowledge and enterprises dynamic core capacity, c larifies their relat ionship, and points out that tacit knowledge is the ultimate source of dynamic core capacity. The art icle sets up a theoretical model of dynamic core capacity, and uses the model to analyze how dynamic core capacity comes into being. A case study of Qirui Automobile Company proves that dynamic core capacity to great extent depends on tacit knowledge and its utilization of the company.
