Research on Monitoring Indez System of Labour Market

摘要：

With the continuous development of Ch inas labour market, labour ma rket fluctuation has become more frequent and increasingly intensive, contradiction between supply and demand has been conspicuous and employment situation has become serious. However, labour statistical indexes in China at present cannot reflect the conditions of labour market in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, so it is extremely urgent to establish and improve a monitoring index system of labour market. This paper makes a meaningful explorat ion on building a monitoring index system of China labour market by drawing lessons from International Labour Organizations e xperiences and adopting statistical indicator theories and approaches.
