Study on the Benefit Driving Forces for the Staffs in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Due to the relative deprivation of talent, overall insufficient quality of talent, over-flow of talent, inadequate of personnel training and so forth in the small and medium-sized enterprises, how to establish an effective interest incentive mechanism become an pressing topic faced by enterprises. This thesis considers that the essence of benefit driving is encouragement, and the sources of benefit driving force are not only the e xtrinsic object ives and the intrinsic absence, but also closely related with the encouragement of behavior correction and e xpectations. Meanwhile, the thesis put forth a DNA model of the emp loyees benefit driving in the sma ll and medium-sized enterprises.
